My approach is solution-focused so you can get the help you need and move forward with your life. All counseling sessions are tailored to your unique needs, therefore you’ll received personalized, compassionate care. In working with couples, I emphasize on solution-focused therapy. I use role play to pinpoint the pattern of the couple’s arguments and I guide you to adapt a positive style of communication. This allows you as the couple to move past your resentments and hurt, in order to rediscover intimacy, connection, and happiness.
